Excess pallets shouldn’t become another warehouse problem your team has to manage.
The Pallet Squad provides pallet pickup services for warehouses, distribution centers, manufacturers, retailers, and other commercial facilities that need used, excess, or unwanted wood pallets removed.
Whether pallets accumulated after one large project or continue showing up every week, we’ll help you determine the right removal option.
Schedule A Pallet PickupProfessional pallet pickup for businesses
Stacks of unused pallets consume space quickly.
They can crowd loading areas, take over outdoor storage, require employees to continually move them, and make an already busy warehouse harder to manage.
Pallet pickup gives your team a simpler solution: stage the pallets for removal and let us coordinate the hauling.
Request A Pickup

Have a large pile you simply need gone?
A one-time pallet pickup can work well for businesses dealing with occasional pallet accumulation, inventory changes, facility cleanouts, seasonal volume, or an unexpected surplus.
Tell us:
- Where the pallets are located
- Approximately how many you have
- Their general size and condition
- When you would like them removed
- Whether you expect additional pallets in the future
We’ll use that information to determine the appropriate pickup solution.
Get StartedReliable pallet pickup for businesses
For many warehouses, pallet accumulation isn’t a one-time problem.
Receiving continues. Pallets continue coming in. A few weeks later, the pile is back.
Recurring pallet pickup provides a more consistent way to manage that volume. Instead of waiting until pallets become a problem, pickups can be coordinated around the needs of your operation.

Can we buy your used pallets instead?
If your pallets are reusable and have resale value, we may be able to purchase them instead of simply picking them up. Visit our Sell My Pallets page, and we’ll evaluate the pallet type, condition, quantity, and location to determine whether purchasing them is an option.
Sell My PalletsNeed a pallet recycling solution?
Pallet pickup can be part of a larger wood pallet recycling and recovery program. Instead of allowing unwanted pallets to take up valuable space, businesses can establish a consistent removal process that keeps facilities cleaner and operations running more efficiently.
For businesses generating larger pallet volumes, a drop trailer service may provide an even more effective long-term solution.
Drop Trailer Services

High Pallet Volume? Stop Scheduling Individual Pickups.
If you’re contacting someone every time pallets begin piling up, your operation may be ready for a drop trailer.
With drop trailer service, your facility has a designated trailer available for pallet accumulation. Your team loads pallets as they are generated rather than repeatedly creating new piles around the property.
When the trailer is ready, The Pallet Squad coordinates removal or replacement. This service provides a more efficient solution for recurring pallet removal and pallet recycling needs.

Pallet Pickup Questions
Answers on one-time and recurring pallet removal for warehouses, distribution centers and manufacturers.
What kinds of pallets do you pick up?
Used, excess and unwanted wood pallets of any grade. Reusable pallets may qualify for purchase instead of a plain pickup; damaged or odd-size pallets are collected for recycling.
Is pallet pickup free?
It depends on what you have. Reusable pallets in good quantity can be bought from you or hauled at no charge, while small, mixed or damaged loads may carry a haul-off fee. Send photos and a count and we'll quote it up front.
How do I schedule a pallet pickup?
Request a quote with where the pallets are, roughly how many there are, their size and condition, when you want them gone and whether more are coming. We'll confirm the pickup and any cost before sending a truck.
Do you offer recurring pickups?
Yes. If pallets return every few weeks, we set pickups on a schedule that matches your receiving volume, so nobody has to call when the pile gets big again.
How should we prepare the pallets?
Stack them by size where a truck and forklift can reach them, ideally near a dock or in a clear yard area. Separating obviously broken pallets from reusable ones speeds up loading and can improve what we pay.
When should we switch from pickups to a drop trailer?
When you're contacting someone every time pallets pile up. A drop trailer gives your team one place to load pallets as they're generated, and we swap it when it's full. It suits facilities with steady weekly volume.
What happens to the pallets you collect?
Reusable pallets are sorted, repaired where needed and put back into supply as Grade A or Grade B pallets. Pallets beyond repair are broken down for recycling, so your surplus stays out of the dumpster.
